There will be 3 changes:
1) YNG rewards for forecasts won on Up&Down will be halved in this way as of 5 April:
2) In the event of a tie (the price at the end of the duration is the same as the starting price) you will no longer receive the 0.05 YNG reward, but simply lose nothing. So a tie-breaker will be equivalent to losing the prediction.
This change will be applied between Friday 8th and Monday 11th
3) Quests on Up&Down will have higher rewards:
If you had challenges in progress before April 5th, you will get the old rewards when they are finished. When the Daily Quests start again on April 6th, you will see the new rewards, while the Weekly Quests will start again in the new mode on Monday 11th.
The Young Platform team is reviewing YNG’s tokenomics, the mechanics that give utility and value to the in-house token. A number of changes are planned in the coming months, with the aim of ensuring maximum benefits for those who own the token.
We would like to inform you that an unscheduled maintenance will be initiated on Young Platform Step. The chosen day for the activity will be Wednesday, December 15th, while the affected time will be from 2pm to 3pm UTC.
For this reason the Step app may be slowed down during the process.
The maintenance will be carried out in order to optimise Step’s features.
Any further updates in this regard will be communicated on the Telegram Group.

In order to reward our users who are committed to analysing the market and predicting price movements on a daily basis, the Young Team has decided to increase the YNG token rewards on Up&Down.
The Team wants to give credit to all users who began with us the journey of learning about crypto markets and cryptocurrencies, in accordance with our mission to democratise access to cryptocurrencies in an informed manner.
Therefore, as of today, the frequency of video advertisements in the Claim/Video button will be gradually reduced, and the 0.05 YNG reward will be allocated to Up&Down predictions.
If you want to become a good investor, consistency must become your trump card. Making the study of the market a habit is indeed a Challenge. So, get ready because there’s some big news coming up.

Many things have changed in these months and our movements are still restricted, but Step wants to take back a little bit of freedom.
So no more weekly rankings: now you choose the terms of the race!
Whereas the ranking has always been a great virtual gathering of walkers and runners, from now on small groups of friends or community users will form thanks to the new custom rankings.
With the new Rankings section ou have a new way to challenge your friends and the Community. Decide the duration, the number of participants and the prize up for grabs.
The prizes work like this: participation requires a contribution in YNG and the sum of each participant’s contributions will go to the winners.
Another new feature is that, once you’ve joined a ranking, you can invite your friends to compete with you.

All old rankings (global and weekly) are deactivated and their winners will no longer receive prizes from today.
The Profile section has also changed.
You can now find an overview of all your progress related to steps and the Up&Down functionality.
Moreover, products purchased in the Marketplace have been removed from the Profile and placed in the Marketplace toolbar (icon at top right).
The compliance with the directives of the Ministerial Decree, the sense of responsibility and the contribution to containing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) led us to the decision of postponing the launch of the new Step functionality, the new Ranking. For this reason, the implementation of this functionality will be rescheduled to a date to be defined. We are confident that you will understand our choice to safeguard everyone’s health.
The Young Platform team will remain operational in smart working and continue to create content, articles and guides that will keep you updated on the crypto market situation and on the strategies that will be put in place by the company to overcome the difficult situation in the best possible way, by dealing with it together with our community.

The Young Team
After a few weeks of hard work and delays due to Apple’s missing approval, we are happy to announce that Step’s Marketplace is now finally available!
Young Platform Step is an app intended to draw as many people as possible to cryptocurrencies, through an Educational Journey and by providing the users with the opportunity to earn Young (our own token) simply by walking.
Soon after the app’s launch on the market, many users started to ask about this functionality: since Young Platform is a strongly community-driven startup, we decided to satisfy your requests and give you the chance to start spending the YNGs you collected.
We would like to point out that the “core” of the Young Platform project has always been the Exchange, on which you’ll be able to buy and sell the top cryptocurrencies with converted YNGs.
The Marketplace includes 3 categories of products:
1. Deals
Given that our users are interested in fitness and technology, we decided to include exclusive flash deals from our partners. To access them, you won’t have to spend a single YNG! They are totally free and you’ll just have to click on “Go to website” to view the deal.
2.Coupons
The coupons provided by our partners include a code that you can use to apply a discount on a given product/service. The terms of use vary from coupon to coupon and can be viewed in the description.
3. Gift Cards
The sale of the Gift Cards will be carried out in two ways:

(During the live streaming on Instagram, an extra amount of winning coupons will be drawn, in order to guarantee to a winning user who may not reply within 24h, to get the next ticket in line).
The price of the Gift Cards, unlike other players on the market, will be equal to the conversion 1:1 Young/Euro.
Example: an Amazon Gift Card of 10€ will cost 42 YNG.
